序：当2017年12月14日我与北京鑫鑫人力资源管理有限公司签下《外派劳务合同》且得到四十五工作日之后签证出国劳务澳大利亚悠柔薰衣草庄园的时候，我在心里是多么欣喜啊！因为我可以去澳洲挣“大钱”了。但是直到2018年3月底也没见到签证。这叫我不得不去“鑫鑫”公司询问“为什么”。但是得到的答案是：还没有“电调”吧。2018年4月8日下午，我收到“鑫鑫”公司快递给我的一份4A纸打印的不满三页的纯属该公司杜撰的资料后赶紧与“鑫鑫”公司联系问“是怎么回事”，“鑫鑫”公司告诉我一定要记住记熟寄给我的那份资料的内容，因为马上会“电调”，回答错两个问题，签证就会被拒。4月11日下午近16:00，忽然有一个自称是“签证中心”的010-52462623的电话打给我并对我提问，且提问的问题完全都是“鑫鑫”公司寄给我那份资料上的。客观原因是窗外邻家建房施工的嘈杂声分贝声强烈，致使我对手机听力错乱；主观原因主要在我，因为回答失误颇多。4月16日，即得到一个1069025007784的短息：拒绝签证。紧接着，我就带着疑问电话咨询公安部出入境管理局——010-66266400：北京有“签证中心”吗？得到的答案是：北京有个出国劳务签证中心，而且只有这么一个出国劳务“签证中心”，没有第二个，也叫“北京签证中心”，全称大概是出国劳务北京签证代办中心。当我得到公安部的那个答案的当口儿，我懵了，整个心都沉入了海底……
